1001 South State, 41-Story Luxury Apartment Tower, Now Open in Chicago's South Loop

Chicago-based Golub & Company, together with co-developer CIM Group, today announced the opening of the 40-story, 397-unit luxury apartment tower, 1001 South State.  The building's first residents move in this month and will be greeted with unique, technology-focused amenities in the heart of Chicago's energized South Loop neighborhood.
