Bay Bridge Boat Show Coming to Eastern Shore in April

The leading powerboat manufacturers will exhibit boats of every size (6' to 70') and style imaginable, at this year’s Bay Bridge Boat Show, April 15-17, 2016. Also on-board will be dozens of affordable brokerage boats for immediate sale.

“This is a show is designed for the boater with dreams of summer, fishing on the Chesapeake, and boating with the family,” said Paul Jacobs, president and general manager of the Annapolis Boat Shows.

“At the Bay Bridge Boat Show you can take immediate ownership of a new or used boat and realize your dreams.”

This year's show has grown in size compared to previous years.

At the biggest Bay Bridge Boat Show in a decade, attendees will browse among fishing boats, center consoles, trawlers, express cruisers, pontoons, luxury cruisers, jet skis, jet boats, ski boats, bowriders, bass boats, inflatables, kayaks, SUPs, and canoes.

The best way to know if a boat is right for you is to try it out for size. To make it easier to come to a decision, dealers and manufacturers will be conducting demonstrations and sea trials from inside the boat show at easy to access demonstration docks. The expanded demo docks will feature at least 24 new model boats as well as outboard engines.

A total of six free seminars are offered daily for all levels of seamanship. Plus fishing, casting and rod building lessons all weekend.

The Bay Bridge Boat Show will have the latest in navigational equipment, high-tech electronics, inflatables, boating accessories, clothing, gear, and related services such as boating clubs, charter companies, insurance firms, and lending institutions.

A new venue featuring RVs has been added this year.

An opening night BBQ Bash is free to all attendees and exhibitors on Friday, April 15th at 5pm. The annual opening day celebration includes free Hemingway's barbeque with all the fixings, a live band, and cash bar. Our guests will unwind after the show, sit back in a beautiful marina on the banks of the Chesapeake Bay, and enjoy a great party.

Interactive children’s area with a moon bounce and face painting, food and drink stations, an expanded food court, and a pool bar make this a fun family event.
