Beach Waterfront Mountain - View Caribbean Villas and Condos for only $69K!

IsleVision Investment Group, a Canadian based developer and property management firm stationed in Honduras, has made a very unusual announcement. Their new Calm Waters Resort project is currently under construction, and for this month only, they are offering several of the resort's condos and villas for only $69,000 US dollars. This is not the price of a deposit or for a time share portion. This is the price to actually own the resort suite. Never has a project of this magnitude, a waterfront resort, offered such a low price. 

For those that are able to take advantage of this rare opportunity, it will mean unlimited vacations or retirement living at an upscale resort chalked full of exciting amenities and services, high returns on equity and revenues from renting out their unit to resort guests when they are not there, and living in an area with a low cost of living to stretch the retirement funds. 

The Calm Waters Resort is located right outside the quaint town of El Porvenir, Honduras, where crime is nearly non-existent and employment is high because Dole Standard Fruit Company has hired many local residents to manage their endless pineapple fields. 

The resort will contain 143 fully furnished luxury suites, including 44 two bedroom villas, 75 two bedroom condos, and 24 three bedroom condos. The on-site amenities include upscale and bistro-style restaurants featuring North American, Asian, and Central American dishes; a coffee cafe; a fully stocked grocery store; a 40 seat movie theater; a gym; a spa; 2 pools; a kids' splash pad; a gaming room; kayaking; volleyball; and facilities for fully catered events. The resort is surrounded by the Caribbeanbeach, the beautiful Coloradito River, and the mountains of Pico Bonito National Park. Guided group tours will be scheduled to the Mayan ruins at Copan, Cayos Cochinos, Pico Bonito National Park, and the ziplines and hot springs spa at Sambo Creek. Shuttle services will be offered to and from the La Ceiba and San Pedro Sula international airports, the La Ceiba Mega Mall Plaza, and the Roatan and Utila yachts.
