Linden Creek, a luxury interior design and home staging firm based in Raleigh, North Carolina, announces the opening of its newest franchise location, serving Lancaster and York counties in Pennsylvania. This expansion reflects the company's continued growth into key residential markets across the Mid-Atlantic region.

The Lancaster–York location will be led by franchise owner Kristie Matthai, whose career blends creativity, leadership, and a lifelong passion for design. With a background in graphic design and years spent leading marketing and operations at two of the world's most recognized consumer brands, Matthai has extensive experience building strategies, managing large-scale campaigns, and developing innovative processes from the ground up.

Alongside her corporate career, Matthai nurtured her love for home styling through antique collecting, estate sale shopping, and DIY home projects. After earning her real estate license, she sought a way to channel her creative drive into a business that could serve her community. Linden Creek provided the perfect combination of creativity, structure, and support to make that vision a reality.

"My family and I returned to my hometown of York five years ago, and I knew I wanted to build something meaningful here," Matthai said. "Every home has potential—and I love helping people see it. Staging and design allow me to pair my creative roots with the ability to bring fresh energy and value to homes across this region."

Linden Creek provides interior design and home staging services designed to support faster sales and stronger market outcomes. With this addition, Linden Creek now operates in Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Charlotte, Lake Norman, Winston-Salem, and Greensboro, North Carolina; Princeton and Morristown, New Jersey; New Hope, Pennsylvania; Sarasota, Florida; Atlanta and Alpharetta, Georgia. New locations in Wilmington, North Carolina, Greenville, South Carolina and Jacksonville, Florida are scheduled to open this month, with Charleston, South Carolina and Austin, Texas launching soon after.
