Kase, a leading provider of omnichannel fulfillment solutions, today announced its partnership with luxury home brand Boll & Branch.
Founded in 2014, Boll & Branch is known for premium bedding and responsibly sourced home textiles. The brand required a fulfillment partner capable of supporting an omnichannel model with a complex packaging presentation.
Boll & Branch onboarded fulfillment operations to Kase's Northampton, Pennsylvania facility prior to peak season 2025, in preparation for a critical period that represents approximately 40% of the brand's annual volume.
The transition included detailed workflows, customized configured pack-out logic, and automated operations to support Boll & Branch's signature brand presentation, including gift boxes, inserts, and curated bundles.
"There was a lot of unique solutioning involved, primarily within the warehouse management system and integrations," said John Servia, VP of Operations Excellence at Kase. "Process maps and documentation gave both sides a clear framework of how different order types would move through the system."
During peak, the operation reached a record single-day output, reduced short shipments and cancellations by 55% year over year, and saw 99.7% of packages delivered on time for Boll & Branch's holiday guarantee.

The collaboration continues to strengthen through ongoing performance optimization and support for Boll & Branch's continued retail and ecommerce growth.
