Linden Creek, a luxury home staging and interior design franchise based in Raleigh, North Carolina, is excited to announce the opening of its first Florida location in Sarasota. This expansion brings expert staging and interior design services to homeowners and real estate professionals throughout Sarasota and surrounding areas, including Longboat Key, Bradenton, and Anna Maria. Linden Creek offers tailored solutions to enhance property values and reduce market days by showcasing each home's true potential.

This will be the franchise's sixth location, following successful expansions from Raleigh to Durham, Charlotte, and Cary, North Carolina, as well as Princeton, New Jersey, earlier this year.

Franchise partner Elaine Sheffrey will lead Linden Creek Sarasota. After 20 years in the interior design industry—owning and operating her own firm in the Midwest before transitioning to luxury design sales in Florida in 2019—Sheffrey chose to franchise with Linden Creek to expand her business. This partnership provides access to a proven staging process, curated inventory, and the operational support needed to serve the Sarasota market effectively.

The Sarasota location will offer Linden Creek's full range of services in home staging and interior design. Franchisees like Sheffrey receive hands-on training, ongoing business and marketing support, and access to high-end inventory products through The Shoppe—Linden Creek's e-commerce platform offering furniture, lighting, and home décor.
