MIND GAMES, the luxury fragrance house blending the hypnotic effects of perfumery with the intensity of chess, expands its acclaimed Perfumer Extraordinaire collection with the launch of KINGSIDE and QUEENSIDE—two masterful new extrait de parfums, each a portrait of refined strength, seduction, and strategy.

KINGSIDE

A confident and captivating composition, Kingside is an homage to quiet power and understated luxury. Master Perfumer David Apel blends creamy Pistachio, vibrant Cardamom, and zesty Grapefruit into a floral-spiced heart of Hazelnut Flower and Pink Peony Petals. The scent settles into a comforting, magnetic dry down of Tonka Bean and Peru Balsam.

  • Tonka Bean: Harvested from the Dipteryx Odorata tree in South America, prized for its warm, gourmand aroma and artisanal tradition.
  • Peru Balsam: A rich, resinous extract from the Myroxylon tree that adds smoky sweetness and depth.

Perfumer Christelle Laprade opens with sparkling Pear and Cassis over Lychee Leaves, evolves through soft floral tones of Lily of the Valley and Violet, and finishes with a grounding base of Oakmoss, Musk, and Madagascar Patchouli.

  • Cassis: A juicy blackcurrant note long revered in French perfumery for its tart, creamy elegance.
  • Geranium: Extracted from velvety green leaves before bloom, delivering a crisp floral sharpness with herbaceous facets.
