NAHATÉ Dubai (NAHATÉ), the family-run fine dining restaurant, cocktail bar, night club and private membership club located in the DIFC podium level in Dubai, today announces they will be hosting an extraordinary auction featuring the world’s most luxurious cocktail made with the number one super-premium tequila in the world PATRÓN tequila*. PATRÓN’s master distiller created a custom never-before-sold, special-edition tequila blend created exclusively for the world’s most luxurious cocktail that will be available at NAHATE Dubai on Monday, April 7 beginning at 7 p.m. Dubai time.

The cocktail – served in one of the rarest 1937 Baccarat crystal glasses ever crafted (there are only two in existence) – will offer discerning collectors and connoisseurs an exclusive opportunity to bid on a oneof-a-kind cocktail experience. The highest bidder will take home the rare tequila blend and the exquisite
1937 Baccarat crystal, making this a memorable experience and occasion to own an artifact of timeless elegance, paired with an unforgettable moment in fine spirits and luxury.

“We are absolutely thrilled to continue our longstanding partnership with Baccarat, a brand that has consistently exemplified luxury and innovation, " said Jenya Makeeva the founder of NAHATÉ. "Additionally, we are excited to embark on our new relationship with PATRÓN Tequila, whose dedication to craftsmanship and excellence aligns perfectly with our own values. This collaboration represents an exciting chapter for NAHATÉ, and we look forward to the opportunities it will bring as we continue to elevate the bespoke experiences we offer our clients and partners.”

Crafted by a Master: The Maestro Salvatore Calabrese

To honor the prestige of this creation, the cocktail will be expertly crafted and served by Salvatore “The Maestro” Calabrese, one of the world’s most revered bartenders. Renowned for creating the world’s most expensive cocktail at The Playboy Club in Mayfair (valued at £5,500, or approximately $7,100 USD per
glass), Calabrese has also curated Salvatore’s Legacy, the oldest cocktail ever mixed, containing rare liqueurs with a combined age of 730 years. His expertise will ensure that this cocktail is not merely a drink, but an experience of unrivaled distinction.

“At PATRÓN Tequila, we are incredibly proud to be a pioneer, leading the category and pushing boundaries,” said David Rodriguez, PATRÓN Tequila Master Distiller. “That same unwavering commitment guided us as we crafted a premium tequila blend exclusively for the world’s most luxurious cocktail. By bringing together three of our most exceptional aged tequilas, each matured in distinct casks, we’ve created an expression with remarkable depth, balance, and  character—one worthy of anchoring a truly unforgettable cocktail experience.”

A Cocktail Beyond Compare – Served in a Glass of Timeless Elegance This cocktail is an ode to the art of fine mixology and will be meticulously composed of:

● PATRÓN Tequila’s special-edition blend is a rare expression that combines three exceptional aged tequilas, each crafted in small batches using a time-honored, handcrafted process with only three natural ingredients: 100% Weber Blue Agave, water, and yeast. With a radiant golden hue and rich notes of caramel, vanilla, butter, and stone fruit, this one-of-a-kind blend delivers a smooth, layered finish with remarkable depth and character —a tequila that mirrors the meticulous quality and artistry of the iconic Baccarat glass.

● Kina Lillet from 1950, adding a depth of character that can only be achieved with time

● 1930s Angostura bitters, bringing a touch of historical complexity Baccarat: Verre à eau service Leczinska Designer : Georges Chevalier - 1937

True treasures of Baccarat's creative heritage, these two glasses from Service Leczinska embody the avant-garde spirit and excellence of the Maison. Created for the 1937 International Exhibition of Arts and Techniques in Modern Life in Paris, where the most renowned houses and artists of the time showcased exceptional pieces, they are a testament to artisanal mastery and unparalleled refinement.

The Service Leczinska, named in tribute to Queen Marie Leszczyńska, wife of Louis XV, pays homage to Baccarat’s royal heritage, as it was King Louis XV who granted permission to establish the Baccarat Manufacture in 1764.

Crafted from crystal of extreme purity and blown at high temperatures, these glasses exemplify the perfect balance between art and innovation. Never reissued since their creation, they were selected by the Petit Palais in Paris to be displayed to the public during the 250th anniversary exhibition of Baccarat, reaffirming their unique place in the Maison’s heritage.

In the vibrant world of Baccarat barware, these extraordinary pieces redefine the tasting experience, transforming every sip into a moment of pure sophistication. To hold one is to grasp history itself —an experience reserved for true connoisseurs, where rarity meets art de vivre.

Following the grand cocktail reveal and auction, guests will enjoy the remainder of the evening listening to DJ Lorenzo, having gourmet starters such as black caviar and oysters, and cocktails made by Federico Pavan, the Director of Bar & Area Director of Mixology at The Donovan Bar in Mayfair, London.
