New Model Townhomes Open in Wesley Chapel FL with Resort-Style Amenities Coming Soon

Mattamy Homes, North America's largest privately owned homebuilder, is pleased to announce the opening of four new model townhomes in Mattamy's new Volanti community in Wesley Chapel, Florida.

Volanti's four new models — Marianna, Ormond, Sebring and Venice — are priced from the low $300s with three to four bedrooms and 2.5 to three baths. Professionally decorated, the new townhomes stretch from 1,667 to 2,574 square feet. The community's new model homes are open daily for touring, and private personalized appointments are available.

Mattamy's gated community of 200 homesites will showcase fun-filled, family-friendly amenities — including a resort-style swimming pool with an open-air pavilion, a barbecue area and a firepit, among others. Volanti provides free lawn maintenance, and residents pay no Community Development District (CDD) fees.
