One of the world's largest and most luxurious superyachts, the 348-foot motor yacht, Amadea, will be offered for sale on September 10, 2025, through a sealed-bid auction administered by National Maritime Services of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
The auction will be held in accordance with a Forfeiture Order of the U.S. Federal District Court, Southern District of New York, Case 1:23-cv 09304. Fraser Yachts, the world's leading full-service yacht brokerage, is collaborating on the auction as a promotional agent.
The renowned Lürssen Yachts completed the 4,402-ton superyacht in 2017. The exterior was designed by Espin Ønio and a lavish interior by Zeretti Design. Feature stories in Boat International, Boatseeker, Yachting Soul and other publications have described Amadea as "a masterpiece" with "astonishingly detailed finishes."
AMADEA was seized in Fiji by United States agents on June 7, 2022. It is in the possession of the United States Marshals Service. The yacht's features include:
