One Rincon Hill Penthouse #5204 Sells for Highest Sale Price in Building’s History at $3,530,000

Climb Real Estate agent Matt Finley just made a record-breaking sale of a spectacular penthouse with breathtaking views located at 425 1st Street #5204 in San Francisco. This impressive 1,957 square foot, three bedroom, three bathroom condo on the 52nd floor at One Rincon Hill sold for $3,530,000 and represented the highest sales price ever for a home in this prestigious residential tower. The next highest sale, #5402, was a two bedroom, two bathroom condo sold for $3 million in August 2014.

The two towers of One Rincon Hill represent a new high in San Francisco’s evolving skyline.
