Sterling Properties Announces Grand Opening for New Rental Apartments in Bordentown NJ

Rivergate Bordentown, Sterling Properties’ premier transit-oriented community located on the Delaware River waterfront in historic Bordentown NJ, has announced the grand opening dates for this premier lifestyle rental community will be on May 1, 2 and 3 from 10am to 5pm daily. Refreshments and tours of the clubhouse and models will be available.

Rivergate Bordentown features 159 rental residences with one-bedroom apartments from $1,400 per month and two-bedroom apartments from $1,600 per month. The community is currently pre-leasing Building 3, which offers 36 residences that are located in the center of the community, adjoining the clubhouse. Rivergate Bordentown is expected to announce the grand opening of Buildings 4 and 1 in the coming weeks.

With nine floor plans to choose from and up to 1,342 sq. ft. of living space, homes feature open layouts, nine-foot ceilings, designer espresso kitchen cabinetry with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, secured building entrances and elevator access. “We have received phenomenal feedback from both visitors and residents regarding the quality of the community finishes offered at Rivergate,” said Brooks. “Everyone is eager to become part of this premier lifestyle experience.”

Rivergate Bordentown, which is the first community of its kind in the Bordentown area, highlights private parking and a community clubhouse with a state-of-the-art fitness studio, clubroom and resort-style heated outdoor pool, which is expected to open for the summer season on Memorial Day weekend. Rivergate Bordentown also offers residents access to an outdoor barbecue, professionally landscaped and irrigated grounds and secured building entrances.

“The clubhouse serves as Rivergate Bordentown’s primary hub of activity,” said Brooks. “Residents are able to socialize with friends and neighbors in the Residents Clubroom or relax by the pool for summertime enjoyment. They also have the opportunity to stay active and fit year-round at our fitness studio.”

This collection is part of Bordentown’s re-imagined transit-village living, located conveniently near the proposed River Line Light Rail, providing access to NYC and Philadelphia. It is also accessible to Routes I-295, I-195, 130, 206 and the NJ Turnpike.

“We are also pleased to announce the confirmation of the first commercial tenant, a Quick Check convenience store, at Rivergate Bordentown’s retail center," said Rosanne Brooks, Director of Sales and Marketing for Sterling Properties. “Quick Check will be under construction this summer and is expected to have a fall opening.”

Rivergate Bordentown is also in close proximity to Bordentown’s numerous shopping, dining and entertainment options, as well as other retail venues located on Route 130 (i.e., Hamilton Marketplace, Bordentown City, the Shoppes at Hamilton and the Quaker Bridge Mall).
