The INSIDER Considered a Masterpiece

Secretly and quietly the small manufactory prepared the 8,5 meters long INSIDER, which is the eye-catcher, breathtaking in its details and ideas, excellent in its quality. The pictures and details provided by the manufacturer allude to the fun on the water to be had.

While almost all shipyards offer more functions and space on board, INSIDER has only one goal: to evoke emotions. Just a glance at the stern shows, that without a doubt it clearly succeeded. No other boat so consistently achieves such high standards of perfection and polarizing design. It is not possible to compare the boat with other suppliers based on its space or the prices of its option list. Not because it is impossible to find something comparable, but rather because INSIDER has created something unique.

Every detail is well thought out, chosen deliberately, and situated accordingly, just as the shipyard owner specified: „we wanted to create something unique and we succeeded. To do this we did not sacrifice functionality and the feedback at the world premiere exceeded our wildest expectations,“ explains Christoph Socha, Managing Director and creative mind behind INSIDER. It was critical that the boat should not just look spectacular, but the handling characteristics also needed to meet the highest standards, like an elegant sports car on the street. The hull was designed by the Hamburg-based iYacht; all details – from the leather to the stainless steel – are produced exclusively. Each and every detail is individually fabricated, even the struts underneath the engine compartment cover and the water drains in the cockpit.

The shipyard delivers the 8,5 meter long INSIDER either with gasoline or diesel motorization PS that can reach a top speed of 100 km/h. With its 2,5 meter width, the boat can be trailered with a medium range car. Optionally the manufacturer also delivers the trailer, with fine details similar to the boat itself.

Right after the world premiere, Christoph Socha was able to disclose a collaboration with the design and service provider Bernd Kußmaul. „With this partnership we will interpret exclusivity and design differently,“ according to the proud shipyard owner. Kußmaul works with clients such as Jaguar, Land Rover, Bentley, Rolls Royce, and Aston Martin.

The shipyard’s owner is reluctant to talk about prices, „...it costs as much as the emotions and craftsmanship that is inside it,” he states with a wide smile when questioned. But actually it is not unaffordable; on request the shipyard provides a price list with various options.

It would be surprising if this manufactory would rest on the laurels from the premiere. On the contrary: with the first orders following the boat fair, the space in the shipyard is already quite tight, nevertheless they are already working on designs for a larger version. The shipyard has delivered its masterpiece, what more can one wish for but more boats and yachts from this production line?
