The Perch at Peacock Inn, a Member of Genesis Hospitality and Princeton's only fine dining restaurant and luxury boutique hotel, announced an exclusive evening of world-class wines and culinary artistry. On November 13th, 2025, the restaurant will host The Great Growths of Burgundy & Bordeaux 5-Course Wine Pairing Dinner and Silent Auction, a one-night-only event celebrating legendary vintages from its renowned library.
The Peacock Inn is a three-time recipient of the Wine Spectator's Award of Excellence and proud winner of the Best of Award of Excellence for 2025, cementing its reputation as one of the premier wine destinations in the region.
Guests will be guided through an extraordinary journey by Michele Zuckerman Lynch, CSW, FWS, French Wine Scholar and Managing Director of The Lux Group. The evening begins with a Bubble Lounge Champagne Reception, followed by a four-course, wine-paired dinner, curated to showcase the depth and complexity of Burgundy and Bordeaux's most iconic vineyards.
