Topix Introduces Pure Hydration Moisture Balm featuring a Cutting-Edge System

Topix Pharmaceuticals, Inc. has introduced Replenix® Pure Hydration Moisture Balm – an emollient-rich moisturizer with triple layer moisture technology to combat dry skin and address visible signs of aging.

Delivered in a rich texture formula just in time for winter, this luxurious balm nourishes and replenishes skin helping to repair the skin's barrier function and maintain an optimal moisture balance. Innovative triple layer moisture technology combines high concentrations of emollients, humectants and ceramides to aid in lipid replenishment and help correct and soothe dull, rough or cracked skin. 

"As skin ages it naturally becomes more dehydrated, losing elasticity and volume," says Steve Hernandez, Senior Vice President of Research and Development at Topix Pharmaceuticals. "This layered approach to hydration draws moisture into skin and keeps it there, softening dryness and soothing irritation, ultimately helping to restore a youthful appearance."

Triple Layer Moisture Technology

  • Various molecular weights of Hyaluronic Acid draw moisture into the skin and create a waterproof seal. In combination with Yucca Glauca Root and Glycerin, these powerful humectants help to restore skin's youthful plumpness and firmness
  • High concentrations of oil-free emollients including Squalane and Vitamin E help to soften and restore severely dehydrated skin
  • A proprietary Biomimetic Ceramide Complex mimics the ceramides found naturally in skin to aid in the prevention of trans-epidermal water loss and improve elasticity and texture

Replenix Pure Hydration Moisture Balm also layers on the antioxidants for added relief and protection from free radicals. Bisabolol, a soothing agent occurring naturally in chamomile, helps reduce dry skin flaking and restore suppleness. Green Tea Polyphenols, a staple in the Replenix brand, along with Caffeine USP and Resveratrol provide calming benefits while helping to reduce visible redness.

Available in a 1.7 oz. jar and suitable for all skin types especially those with extremely dry skin, this moisture balm is non-comedogenic, oil, paraben, sulfate and alcohol free.
