VIO Med Spa Signs Agreement to Enter Richmond with First Location Planned for Midlothian

VIO Med Spa, a nationally recognized, physician-guided medical spa franchise specializing in advanced, non-invasive aesthetic and wellness treatments, has signed a franchise agreement to open its first location in the Richmond market.

Planned for 1058 Steam Ave. in Midlothian, the location will mark the brand's entry into one of Virginia's fastest-growing metro areas. Richmond's growing population and rising demand for aesthetic and wellness services make the market a natural next step in VIO's continued expansion.

Childhood Friends Bring Multi-Brand Experience to VIO Med Spa

The Richmond expansion is led by longtime friends and business partners Hari Patel and Meet Patel. Shortly after college, the pair left their corporate careers in finance and banking to pursue multi-unit franchising, opening their first Tropical Smoothie Cafe in 2022 at just 22 years old. Since then, they have grown their portfolio to include seven Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations and a Spitz Mediterranean restaurant. VIO Med Spa marks their first venture into the medical aesthetics industry.
