Wolf Appliance, Inc., the industry leader in premium residential kitchen appliances, has announced the launch of the new Wolf Professional Induction Range. This innovative range seamlessly blends the efficiency and precision of induction cooking with the familiar tactile experience of Wolf's traditional knob controls, ensuring unmatched, precise temperature management. Featuring Wolf's Dual VertiFlow™ convection oven for consistent multi-rack cooking and even heat distribution, the range is available in 30", 36", and 48" models. The 48" model offers an expanded induction surface and an additional oven cavity, making it a standout centerpiece for professional-style kitchens.

"At Wolf, we are committed to delivering cutting-edge innovations in both cooking technology and design across all our appliances, and the Professional Induction Range exemplifies this dedication," said Jim Bakke, President and CEO of Sub-Zero Group. "This striking range is a stunning centerpiece for professional-style kitchens, with the same bold lines and signature knobs as Wolf's dual-fuel counterparts—and the legendary performance Wolf is known for."

Homeowners and design professionals can now seamlessly design professional-style kitchens with induction ranges that blend effortlessly into any aesthetic and kitchen size. The Professional Induction Range includes the following suite of innovative features:

  • The induction surface delivers exceptional performance by generating a magnetic field that heats the pan directly, ensuring efficient and even heat distribution. Its unrivaled temperature precision allows for rapid boiling and immediate adjustment to a gentle, consistent simmer.
    • Faster response times: Achieve quicker boil times and searing heat.
    • Enhanced power: The largest zone features a 5500-Watt boost, heating even the largest cookware lightning fast.
  • Easy to clean: The flat glass surface cools down quickly, preventing spills and splatters from burning on. With no burner components to remove or clean separately, you can simply wipe down the surface with a damp cloth.
  • Bridge your burners: Sync two burners for precise single knob temperature control to accommodate larger cookware or griddles.
  • Personalize the Professional Induction Range with expanded knob and bezel finishes: Choose from ten color combinations to accent your range. Options include iconic red, black, brushed stainless, brushed brass, or brushed gray knobs, paired with stainless or brushed brass bezels.
  • Coming soon: Durable powder-coated steel doors, available in white or black. These doors offer a bespoke touch, providing an alternative to classic stainless steel to match any kitchen aesthetic.
