The 488 delivers the kind of performance prowess and control one would expect from a vehicle with the iconic Ferrari badge. It can go from 0-60 mph in less than 3 seconds, and it handles turns and straights with remarkable dexterity.

5.   Aston Martin Valkyrie

The Aston Martin Valkyrie is a track-only car, meaning you can't drive it on the road. But that doesn't mean you can't drive it at all; if you have enough money and time to spare, this supercar is available for rental at the Circuit de Catalunya near Barcelona. 

The Aston Martin One-77 was released in 2009 and became one of the company's most sought-after models. It has a top speed of 220mph and can go from 0 to 60 in 3 seconds flat. And its successor, like many modern supercars, has even better stats; a 6.5-litre V12 engine (the same as on F1 cars), an 886 horsepower output, and a top speed of 225mph!
