Atzaró Okavango Camp (main header pic) opens March 2024 and is set to become one of the world's leading safari lodges, with an extra level of hospitality that transports one in time. Nestled in the pristine African wilderness of the wildlife-rich Okavango Delta, the one thousand and one hundred square kilometer private concession adjacent to the renowned Moremi Game Reserve, this area is widely recognised as one of the most exclusive and wildlife-rich regions in all of Africa.  The Atzaró Okavango Camp has partnered with African Bush Camps, a world-renowned provider of extraordinary wildlife and safari experiences, ensuring only the best local bush knowledge and guiding expertise, drawn from all corners of Africa's most pristine regions.  There are 12 romantic suites, eight stand-alone, two in a separate villa, plus another two in yet another villa of its own, all with plunge pools and ‘star beds’ for the ultimate viewed refreshment and starry sky views at night. 

The launch rates for the camp start from $700 per person and range up to $1500 per person, per
night during the peak season.

The Fincadelica Collection in Ibiza are launching a stunning new design villa which opens in  January 2024 on one of the most prestigious beachfront locations in Ibiza

New for 2024 is Fincadelica Xarraca, a magnificent eight-bedroom 3000 square metre coastal estate overlooking the shores of Cala Xarraca Bay on the northwest side of Ibiza in the Balearic Islands. Surrounded by fragrant pines and crystal-clear waters, the property is one of the largest beach-side properties on the island - every window overlooks the sea. Fincadelica Xarraca is also very special as it has direct access to the beach via a private gate which leads to a coastal path, a secret cove with fisherman’s huts and a local restaurant. The team behind The Fincadelica Collection are Mati Rachminov, business owner of one of the most prestigious diamond suppliers in the world, and Serena Cook, founder and owner of Deliciously Sorted, Ibiza’s legendary concierge company for the luxury market.   The interiors have been designed by Carmen Straatsma, also responsible for for the upscale luxe yet eclectic interiors at Fincadelica San Lorenzo.  Carmen describes Cala Xarracca as “Slim Aarons vibes but here and now, with some extra Ibiza spice”  

Prices for exclusive hire start at 55,000 euros per week in low season and from 88, 000 euros per week in high season.  Prices include a house manager, live-in couple, breakfast service and cleaning team.. Chef and food and beverage staff provided at an extra cost.
