International wine luminaries Lisa Perrotti-Brown MW (Singapore) and Matt Skinner (Melbourne) put their palates to the test as they judge four of Australia’s best sommeliers, Tim Bryar, Matt Dunne, Jean-Charles Mahe and Sally Humble, on their wine pairings, matched to Lionel Abello’s menu.
