With the opening of The Residences at Seafire later this month, developer Dart Real Estate introduces its premiere for-sale luxury residential development on the acclaimed Seven Mile Beach in the Cayman Islands.
The development features 62 private residences situated on a 12-acre full-service resort site, sharing ground with the AAA Five Diamond Rated Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa. Owners of The Residences will have unlimited access to Grand Cayman's first-ever design-driven resort, which offers three signature restaurants, an 8,500 square-foot spa and a state-of-the-art fitness centre – delivering the engaging personal experience for which the Kimpton brand is known.
International interior designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard, whose distinct modern style can be found in the homes of socialite Kim Kardashian and fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger, designed signature spaces at the Cayman Islands real estate development.
Bullard's high-end Caribbean style approach integrates with the luxury resort design conceptualised by SB Architects, recognised internationally for its planning and design of destination communities. The Residences at Seafire is designed for LEED® silver certification, on track to become the first large-scale residential property along Seven Mile Beach to receive this environmental performance rating.
"We are thrilled to reveal our first Seven Mile Beach residential development, proving innovative design and luxury beachfront living can seamlessly create a space in which you have the best of the both worlds – the serenity of your private home and resort services at your fingertips," said Jackie Doak, president of Dart Real Estate.
This new real estate development offers one to five bedroom residences for sale in Grand Cayman, with prices starting from US$1.5 million. Owners have access to all Seafire Resort amenities, as well as the private rooftop terrace, "The Nest" and a private owners' swimming pool.
