Discover A Galaxy of New Chinese Summer Dishes

Galaxy Macau is home to an incredible collection of Chinese restaurants offering a wide selection of regional cuisines, and guests can now enjoy a variety of new seasonal dishes that were launched. As well as capturing high-quality ingredients in their prime, the concept of "eating with the season" also has health benefits. To cool diners down and balance their "qi" this summer, Galaxy Macau's team of talented chefs have selected ingredients such as Tonkin jasmine, winter melon, and Chinese mesona herb to create delicious dishes that not only stimulate the appetite, but also refresh the palate and reinvigorate the spirit.

At Michelin-starred Shunde Cantonese restaurant Pang's Kitchen, guests can enjoy Double-boiled Fish Maw and Shark Fin Soup in Mini Winter Melon, a tasty and nourishing broth that improves vision, detoxifies the body, and eases water retention, or the delightful umami sweetness and bouncy crunchiness of Steamed Lotus Stem with Shrimp Mousse.

Acclaimed seafood specialist Galaxy Macau Tam Chai Yu Chun presents two more seasonal delicacies: Drunken Prawns in Aged Huadiao Wine, featuring refreshing and appetizing flavors that both satisfy and invigorate the taste buds; and Crabmeat and Conpoy Soup with Winter Melon and Tonkin Jasmine, a refreshing summer soup that harmoniously blends a distinctive cooling sensation with umami flavors to provide a satisfying taste that's perfect for hot summer days.

Braised Winter Melon with Conpoy in Oyster Sauce is the star attraction this summer at Pak Loh Chiu Chow Restaurant, where diners can enjoy the soft and delicately sweet gourd paired with a refreshing umami sensation. And at Bei Shan Lou, fans of Dongbei and Shandong cuisine will be spoiled for choice by the cooling and flavorful Dongbei Style Cold Noodles and Crispy Fried Sliced Mandarin Fish with Chili, with its perfect mix of crispiness and tender succulence, enhanced with a subtle touch of spice. Last but not least, make sure to leave room for dessert at Lugang Cafe, where Taiwanese favorite Iced Herbal Jelly with Toppings combines the cooling properties of Chinese mesona herb with accompaniments such as tapioca pearls and taro balls to create a treat that is as healthy as it is moreish.

These special dishes are available until 17 September 2023. To make a reservation, please call +853 8883 2221.
