Seafood and Lobster Dinner Buffet at Café Rivoli

Café Rivoli of Regal Hongkong Hotel introduces “Seafood and Lobster Dinner Buffet” from now till 29 April 2015.  Highlighting Boston lobster and Argentina red shrimp, the buffet brings diners a taste of freshness from oyster to crab.  Enhanced by must tasted buffet delicacies including sashimi, duck liver and roasted beef, buffet lovers should not miss this unlimited temptations in Spring!

Stepping into the restaurant, diners will be first attracted by Boston Lobster on ice because of their huge claws.  This “King of the Ocean” swam from Gulf of Maine where provides ideal living conditions of pure icy cold seawater.  The natural resources is good to retain lobster’s freshness and nutrition.  No doubt this is a smart choice to start off an evening with Boston Lobster!  To keep up the fresh sensation, guests are recommended to try Argentinian King Size Red Shrimp Sashimi.  This red shrimp lives in the southern sea of Argentine where provides good living condition with less pollution and clear seawater.  It is therefore good to have it as sashimi to taste the true freshness.

Apart from lobster and red shrimp, the restaurant features other seafood from various different countries.  Baked US Oyster with Sea Urchin Sauce is another highlight.  The two popular ingredients give a rich layer of taste.  For guests who like something sour and spicy, Boiled Grouper with Herbed Sour Broth in Thai Style is the dish should not be missed!  The tender fish meat with rich Thai spices will stimulate guests’ taste buds.  Claypot Glass Vermicelli with Mud Crab and Double Boiled Chicken Soup with Conch, Shark Bone and Wonton are in traditional Chinese flavour but new on buffet table.
